Liverpool career (1989-1999)

Ian Rush was once asked to name the most promising player in Liverpool's rank and he replied Steve MaManaman. His best performance was the 1995 Coca Cola Cup final at Wembley when he scored two fantastic goals in a 2-1 win over Bolton. So good was his performance Kopites called it 'The McManaman Final'.

Robie Fowler - KOP hero

He became one of Liverpool greatest players. The PFA Young Player of the Year award. He was hero worshiped by Liverpool fans who thought so highly of him they nick-named him'God'. He is best remembered for his playing days at Liverpool in two spells, and is the fourth-highest goalscorer in the history of the Premier League

Smicer ended his Liverpool career in style in the Champion League 2004-05 final vs. Milan by scoring Liverpool's second goal and in the penalty shoot-out after coming on as a substitute.
